Taming of the Shrew @ Iveagh Gardens


Enjoy a dreamlike evening of riveting drama set against the stunning natural backdrop of the Iveagh Gardens and all of this for free! Fortune’s Fool Productions promises us a raucous performance with this controversially misogynistic Shakespearan comedy. Event is set only 10 minutes walk from our hostel in Temple Bar, and you absolutely need to go and explore this! Dublin comes to its best on a long evenings, pink skies and awesome plays!

Free Yoga @ Stephens Green Park

Great guys at YogaHub are running free yoga sessions every Saturday, 11 am at Bandstand in St Stephens Green! These sessions are donation based and all money goes to charities, so if you are looking for a good stretch, make sure to get down next Saturday morning!

Opera in the open @ Woodquay Amphitheater 

Just minutes away from Barnacles Temple Bar Hostel you will find WoodQuay Рso go on and escape every Thursday this August between 1 and 2 pm! French operas are flavor of the month, Take this opportunity to find out more about French Opera and relax on the grass in the leafy surrounds of some of Dublin’s hidden gems. The Amphitheatre is located just off Wood Quay and is easily accessible from Winetavern Street, which runs up to Christ Church Cathedral.
