If your favourite country star cancelled their gigs in Dublin, fret not! Dublin has come together for a weekend of all things country (and some not so much country, for the rest of you!) Dublin goes country is a weekend celebration, with loads of free events! Don’t retire your cowboy boots yet, get them out ad go dancing with us!
Definitive list of gigs to check out:
Friday night @ Meeting house Square – Mundy!
Also, starting on Friday, Dame Lane is turning into Lonesome Dame for 3 days of square dancing, BBQ and music!
As if this is not enough!
Brilliant busking trail is taking over city centre of Dublin, with local acts that deserve your attention. Most of the events are only few minutes walk from our hostel, and the weather is set to be amazing! What else would you do for the afternoon?
We also cannot forget one of our favourite events, Dublin Soul City Festival at Merrion Square! This is free festival that brings you great music and great vibes! This is perfect for a picnic, especially if country is not really your cup of tea but would like to hear some cool, original, Irish bands 🙂
